Social Media Friendly Business *

We are a social media friendly business and our growth as a business depends often in our reach on SM. We often take pictures of our students working on their projects. We are very careful with not capture their faces so often, mostly their Artwork, but it is difficult to follow up with people who do not wish to be in the Academy's pictures at all. We guarantee that our pictures are professional and educational for all of our students.

Cancellation, No Show and Refund Policy *

Cancellation, No Show and Refund Policy The Academy works as a subscription base program. When you want to cancel your class, you have the opportunity to recover it if you call us at least 24 in advanced and book a spot on our Saturday 1:00pm recovery class. (503)702-5469 (For Academic Students, for any other classes contact us and ask) However, we cannot guarantee that this class is always available, there are only 5 seats and it is a first booked first served, so it all depends on the amount of students missing class that week. Just like at the gym, if you do not show up for the scheduled class, no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill the seat(s) will have been lost.

Pick Up

By checking this box I agree that I must give the Academy basic information on the person or persons picking up my child, if other different than myself. Custodians must pick up their kids at the door or front desk of the school, for security measures we wont send kids outside the school on their own.

Reserved Right of Admission

Right of admission is reserved by the Academy. Our staff has the right to remove any unwanted Adult guests at any given time. In the case of children, custodians will be notified and safely delivered to their custodians in case of extreme misbehavior.
